SUPER ACCEPT
  You open 1 No Trump and your Partner responds 2 D or 2 H which are Transfer Bids. Over a 2 D response you are required to rebid 2 H; and over a 2 H response you are required to rebid 2 S. Most of the time your rebids of 2 H (or 2 S) are automatic. But there are certain hands where you might not want to make the automatic  bid. Even though you are obligated to bid 2 H (or 2 S) you might break the obligation by bidding 3 H (or 3 S). This is known as the SUPER ACCEPT. What could you possibly mean by such a deviation? 
          Logically it there can only be one meaning to the SUPER ACCEPT. You have 4 or more Hearts and the maximum 1 No Trump bid (18 HCP). Your hand might even re-evaluate to 19 or 20 points. And if your Partner has 6 or 7 points then he carrys on to game in one of the Major at the four level. If not he passes.

VARIATION
There is a particularly neat variation to the SUPER ACCEPT. You open 1 No Trump; and once again your Partner transfers to one of the Majors. This time you rebid 2 No Trump. This shows a maximum No Trump opening and a doubleton in your Partner’s Major. Now he can pass, bid 3 No Trump or 3 or 4 of the Major. Depends on point count and length of his Major.
